Maximise Your Performances With Olympians!

Edward Sinclair OLY

Director or Swimming, Head Coach & Founder

Ed’s mission is to give every young swimmer the opportunity to benefit from world-class technical coaching and to reach their maximum performance.

Ed’s story:
After an extensive international swimming career and work at some of the UK’s leading sports schools, Ed chose to return to his local community club - the place where he had swum as a child - bringing his world-class knowledge back to the grassroots. Through this experience, he developed a deep understanding of the challenges faced by local swimming communities, particularly the lack of consistent access to high-quality technical coaching.

This insight inspired him to channel his expertise into Maximum Performances. Through swim camps, he shares his knowledge with hundreds of swimmers from clubs across the UK and abroad. In addition, his club and school visits, consultancy work, mentoring and motivational speaking enable him to support and inspire schools and community clubs in strengthening their swimming programmes - helping to bridge the gap between grassroots and high-performance swimming.

His mission remains clear: to raise technical standards and make elite-level coaching accessible to every swimmer.
